Three years ago, after Heidi’s husband was diagnosed with ALS, she began her business to create additional support for her family. At the time, Heidi was working at Albany Psychiatric Center, a role she loved because it allowed her to care for people and help them get the support they needed. Starting with residential cleaning, she quickly discovered that the same desire to help could make an even greater difference in homes facing difficult, overwhelming circumstances.

After two years of providing residential cleaning, Heidi expanded into the work that many companies are not prepared to take on: hoarder cleanouts, biohazard cleaning, rental cleanouts, and severe deep cleaning. Today, Heidi’s Cleaning Services is proud to offer professional deep cleaning, decluttering, rental cleanouts, hoarder cleanouts, and specialized biohazard and crime-scene cleaning. Heidi has completed OSHA training in biohazard cleaning and uses hospital-grade cleaning chemicals to help deliver a thorough, safety-focused clean. The business is fully insured and DBA registered.
